I’m Michael Simonato, Spa Creator for Palacio Nazarenas. I started my spa career with my own clinic in Sweden and since then have gone on to work at a variety of hotels worldwide, from Asia to Europe, including Six Senses and Amanresorts.

I cover the entire spa experience, from design to the actual therapies and products, ensuring that everything comes together as a whole. When I train staff I can draw on my own experience: I have studied a variety of treatments, including acupuncture, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Thai massage.

Working with Palacio Nazarenas is very special: the spa will be a very important focal point of the hotel and when it opens there will be nothing quite like it anywhere in the region.
