I’m Stephan Post, Launch General Manager of Palacio Nazarenas. I joined Orient-Express in Peru a few years ago: before then, I worked in Germany, Switzerland, Morocco, Antigua and Vietnam.
Opening new hotels and full-scale refurbishments are something I’m very familiar with: I have worked on many such projects for various hotel companies including Kempinski and InterContinental. Bringing Palacio Nazarenas to life has been an exceptional project. As its first guests arrive, I look forward to exciting days ahead.

I’ve found an article on the internet by Orient Express about a baking event you held at Lamay, at the Orphanage.
I lived in Peru for 3 years, 2000-2003, and visited them several occasions. Now I am organizing a trip for a small group there. I am looking for a contact at the Orphanage, a phone number, perhaps. Even a Mailing address could do, email would be the best, I am not sure they managed to get into that.
We’d like to visit them and again!

Staying at Palacio was the highlight of our family trip to Peru, I’m sure the kids will remember it forever.
I forgot to mention some of the people who were so great to us, such as Liliana at breakfast, Karaime cooking such wonderful food for us, and Barnaby, for being so nice and giving us lovely parting gifts of soap and pottery vases when we left the hotel.
If you are ever in the Boston area, I hope you will join us for a meal.
